    memory, huh! Having listened to this choral work brought by fellow hifi buff when visiting my house some months ago, and having written Pergolesi and Scarletti on the inside of ciggy paper packet (... still with me??) I popped into WH Smith's yesterday when waiting on a train and came across ( ... wait for it ...)

    cover disc of Pergolesi/Scarletti Stabat Mater CD on BBC Music magazine.

    Go buy .... and for £4.10 !!

    [edit: I forgot to ask, who do I have to thank for the recommendation? Its usually alanbeeb for classical music but I think its someone else, not just because ths is early music]
