    I see where you're coming from, and that does apply for many people, but rarity isn't enough for me, there has to me more. Similarly, you mentioned that you can't understand how bricks and mortar can be worth millions, well that isn't an issue for me, in that instance it's all about "Location, Location, Location" and the quality of living that can allow, not just the intrinsic value of materials.

    That's what makes life fun, were all different ;)

    Oh sure; it's just that silly prices are being asked for houses in crap locations too!

    If people weren't so sodding greedy and/or buying to let AND buying holiday homes, there'd BE no house price rip off. Roll on the crash, or I'll pitch a tent on common land and tell the council to naff off.
