Sub Woofer

    Anyone know of a decent sub around 10" cubed. I have been offered a rel quake for 175 quid...is it any good.

    Any advice greatly appreciated as i know nothing about subs.

    My set up is Marantz cd6000, nadc350 amp & quad 11l's

    My experience is that REL do two families of sub, one aimed squarely at AV the other at music.

    The former include the Q series, the latter such boxes as the Strata et al.

    I believe the quake is in the Q camp - so, if I am right, it depends what you want it for.

    I now have a Strata - used to have a Q400.
