Sad news indeed, and so soon after Richard Burns.

I was absolutely gutted when I heard this. He was one of my heroes.

Amazing talent in a car and such a great character outside it. I'm very proud to say I met him twice and each time it was no bother to chat for a few minutes and as if we were old buddies.

A modern day legend. Peace be with you, your son and your friends mate.

My thoughts are with your family and friends.

 

From the impression I'd got of him that doesn't surprise me at all.
