Sugden sct 1 cd player

just bought one of these on ebay, and wondered if anyone knew anything about them or had one or experience of?

 

Hi, I think this could be the one I was looking at... does it have a remote? This is what put me off!

 

yes it does have a remote, i like the sound actually, been trying different mains cables and they seem to influence its sound more than my micromega but interested in opinions

Indeed it is / was , she's all here boxed up and everything but i will check that courier you mentioned , do they do saturday pick ups , the box has sugden masterclass written all over it and is v large and i am worried as mr postie may get curious and i want it to be safe.

You could always wrap it brown paper to disguise it a bit?

I dont think they pick up Saturdays (may do at an extra premium?).

In the meantime, i'll sort payment out

i will pm you when ive spoken to the courier, if not ill royal mail on saturday, i work in canary wharf in a 31 floor tower with security thats as tight as a military installation so they wont let me leave a parcel in reception for collection - id probably get shot what with all the armed police everywhere
