    That’s it, Edenlake. There are many other good Chinese offerings but I'm not sure what ones you can hear in the UK.

    I think the Edenlake amps are the ming-da amps. They have the same product codes at least. Much cheaper on the chinese hi-fi website or cattylink but I gues those do not come with any sort of warranty or CE certification.

    Tenson where did you get your chinse amp from?

    Be careful with Chinese tube amps as they are often rated for use on 220v which means that the tubes and mains transformers run over spec. I had a Yarqin triode amp imported from China which started to smoke badly after a few days and ran extremely hot.

    Don't want to alarm anyone, but please be careful.

    I thought Edenlake, like Icon audio, claimed to modify the amps?

    I got mine from Cattylink. Worked fine. I think there is more to worry about with power amps than pre-amps though regarding the over-voltage.
