I bought this Rock II intending to run it as a second TT but I've gone cold on the idea so I'm ready to pass it on. Had been planning to use one of the jelco arms with it as I think they'd be perfect ... but anyway I've decided against, the Garrard 401/PU7 12in/Shelter is strong competition!

It's in cracking cosmetic nick, comes with Linn armboard, clamp and bottles of Townshend trough fluid and bearing oil. No paddle so you'll need to get one from Max Townshend, either a single or a double.

Was previously used with a Merlin PSU so needs one wire of one large resistor relocating on the PSU board in order to use it at normal 240v into the wall (I would have done this myself but I know I'd stuff it up), but I found a high-quality transformer-based PSU to run it from which is included if you want it.

Swop for a CD transport possibly, or an interesting cartridge, or I don't know, surprise me. Nominal value around £200-250 I guess but a swop could be more interesting. Collection only from Reading area.

Get it up and running, you won't regret it.
