    Hi,

Need a TAG Mclaren CDT20R Transport. Black, mint with box and manual.

Prefer later version but anything considered.

Swap for my excellent Audiolab 8000CDM/DAC possible.

    Thanks,

    Stu.

    W-M,

    It's a CD20R player and not a CDT20R transport - thanks anyway!

    W-M,

It's mainly a aesthetic thing. I've just upgraded amps to TAG and bought a TAG DAC20. The transport is the last link in the chain. Don't be too harsh on me - I'll listen to both my Audiolab 8000CDM and the CD20R and keep the one that sounds the best (if I can hear a difference!)

Yes, Wolgang, it was one of my first ports of call. Unfortunately no transports seperately. May see if that guy wants to split his combo though.....

    Thanks for trying!

Sane, as a guide for others, how much did you pay? (Or did you just buy something else! ;) )

    Liam,

I paid £650 for a 6 month old CDR20R-T2L in as new condition. The price included next day delivery. A bargain if ever there was one!

Just goes to show that a little patience has its' rewards.

These seem to be pretty rare on the 2nd hand market so my only advice is grab one when you get the chance!

That's an excellent price  , especially for the T2L version. It has the sync-link (which is only useful with a Tag AV32R AV processor) but I think there were other improvements made to it compared to the version without the link.
