Hi,l am looking for a high quality mains plug,l am looking at the Furutech plug,does anybody have experience with this plug or any others,thanks.

 

Is there something wrong with the mains plug you have? What is it you hope to acheive by changing it?

I've found 'not much audible difference' between plugs - I've tried a few exotic cables with various plugs. I swapped a few over and tried to hear differences, but none were obvious to my ears. Although some do look "industrial / heavy duty" and are very well made. If you'd like a Clipsal 56P313 plug (as used on RAs signature cables among others) then I can let you have it for £10 - about half of what I paid for them (19.95 each from RA).

 

Just get some Brasso on the pins and fuses.
