    Bought this for Auntie at the weekend, but only had a chance to listen to it last night.

    Very nice - if you like that Fannies, mellow, jangly, byrdsy harmonies thing, then you'll like this very much indeed.

    Only own the heavily Big Star influenced Bandwagonesque. Liked it more then Nirvana's Nevermind at the time of its release (end of ' 91). Didn't get much airply though (outside the UK?) as Seattle ruled the radio waves at that time. :rolleyes:

    Grand Prix and Songs from Northern Britain are their absolute must haves. Both cracking good from beginning to end.

    does anyone know the sensless things..? - I had an album by them (taped - remember them?) from the late 80's / early 90's...can't remember what it's called now, but it was class!!

    yeah, must be - tho can't remember what the cover looked like, or the names of the songs now!! just thought the album came out a bit earlier thats all!

    after about the 3rd listen "man made " really comes into its own ... this is a terrific album
