In a rationally organised world, women would have children between ages, say, 14 and 25, and society would be set up so that they are still able to build their lives.

It is a huge waste of resources that educated women in the industrialised countries are postponing their first pregnancies longer and longer. It keeps the number of children down, and it raises the cost of children to society.
