A covered topic I know, but I've searched and haven't found a conclusive answer. So, I'm wondering whether to get the good old HiFi News one, or the Cardas (http://www.dedicatedaudio.com/inc/sdetail/2239). Pros for HFN - comes with protractors, widely used, people know what it takes to pass each tracks (for troubleshooting etc.). Pros for Cardas - cheaper, effective anti-skate tracks (apparently). But is it as useful generally. Will it help set up all aspects of cartridge alignment etc.? Can anyone compare the two? Thanks
