The first grass cut

I'm in the midlands(welsh border).

I'm was just curious to know what other people's lawns are doing around the uk (+further afield?)?

I've just checked my lawn and it is
growing.
I've cut it twice this year already.

 

yes well mine had got quite long





the stands are totally incidental

should they offend anyone I will remove the pic..........or edit them out.........or soemthing....

 

you could use the stands to flatten the grass until it gets warmer...

 

It nearly came to that yesterday when I couldn't get the damn mower going......

I was actually moderatly intersted to know if there was a grass cutting time lapse (God that sounds awful!) up down the uk. I wasn't gong to make dissertation out of it. Just curious thats all!

 

I cut mine a fortnight ago, as our rabbits have not been eating fast enough, lazy buggers, too busy trying to hump each other despite both being female, ha ha.

 

Not just cutting the grass .

The time difference between N/S is quite fascinating (IMO of course!)

 

I live in Central Scotland & have cut mine twice this year, first time in March

It's all this global warming stuff

 

I know.

Down here we are cutting into November now.

Soon it'll be December........+xmas day.

Bizarre!

 

Summer comes late to Shetland will be a wee while before mine needs cutting. I think I might just let the sheep in and save the planet from all the carbon emitted by my lawnmower!
