    Nakamichi Dragon cassette
    Marantz 10B tuner
Naim CDS3/Linn CD12/dCS rig/any other vastly overpriced digital replay system
    Goldmund Ref turntable
Audio Note Ongaku (cos it costs about the same as bringing up 2 kids over their lifetime!)
    B&W Nautilus (snailshell speakers)

All blooming expensive - only definitely know that the Nak and Marantz deliver :)

Forget the Dragon, the CR-7E was just a good, but being automated, it was possible to use as well. With the Dragon, you virtually had to wind the tape along yourself..

Those amps make the Densen look a bit bereft of twiddly bits... :(

    Cheers

Its a fella called Oscar Peterson. That 1000ZXL he is posing with, was a freebie courtesy of NAK HQ. That's why he is smiling.

Real men prefer the great smell of

Do you smell that? That's the smell of burning condensors, the smell of victory, son.

    Edited to add:
The first jazz concert I ever went to featured Oscar Peterson. It was Carthage in the summer of 1973 in a "repurposed" amphitheatre. One of those moments you don't forget.

    What is it then Joelene?

It looks like a bit of a Pioneer rip-off whatever it is, or vice versa?

Sansui, excellent. I didn't recognise it to my displeasure. Probably because it is such a late vintage. Special edition per chance? It looks remarkably similar to the Pioneer reference range.

Here's a few that i wouldn't mind shacking up with:
