Possibly my fav thing on tv at the MOment! Seems I'm a bit late on picking up on it, but for anyone else who's not aware of it, check it out!

BBC 3 are showing it, and I think the first series in out now on DVD.

    Very very funny!

Only seen two episodes, one was about a murman (complete with Man-gina) who had the funk (bootsy colins had it, but George Clinton accidently dropped it off the edge of the MOthership and it landed in the murmans swamp). He takes one of the guys sort of captive and offes him the funk if he sleeps with him.

Next one sees them stranded on a desert island and start making friends with the coconuts. jealousy and betrayal kick in. Until eventually a coconut is pushed and cracks open! The other coconuts take revenge!

Make of that what you will!

Loved what I've seen so far and strongly advise all to keep and eye out for it!

and loads of stuff on the bbc site if you search for it!

it is indeed very funny, but it does try very hard to be "cult", which is a bit annoying.

Fave episode is the one with the solo-polo vision bass-guitar playing witch!

Just ordered the 2-disc 1st series.

Seen it in the shops for close to £20 and MOst places online seemed to be about £14

There's a few copies (sealed and new) on ebay for £9.99 and only £1 P+P

And loooooooooads of people offering *copies* of series one and two for cheaper still. Series two isn't released properly until the new year.

I managed to get mine from an amazon market place seller for £8.50 including P+P :)

It's meant to be a christmas present, but I think I might have to keep it for myself.

For those who still haven't seen it. BBC3 tuesday night at 12.30

ToMOrow night's is Old Gregg the Funky Merman, which I think was the first one I seen :D

    Not to be missed!

Just noticed tickets on ebay for live dates!!!

Seems they're all sold out, but I might have to try and get hold of a couple.

I've never been to anything like that, not sure how it would work..... but i'd be interested to find out.

    Just ordered tickets :D

The original dates had sold out but a few MOre have been added.

Series 2 is also now available to buy either on its own, or better still, get the series 1 & 2 boxset!

If you liked the Boosh, then try and catch 'Snuff Box' on BBC3, 11p.m. Mondays. (And silly a.m. on Tuesdays!)

It is Dixon Bainbridge and Bob Fossil (Matt Berry and Rich Fulcher) from the 1st series being sick/funny/odd/perverse/funny.

P.S. The Mighty Boosh 'live' was great!

For those who have seen it live roughly how long does it last?

I've ordered 4 tickets, but my brother's not sure if him and his girlfriend can make it. He manages a nightclub, so if he can get back before 11pm or so it should be ok, but if not, then I'll have to get someone else to come.

It says it starts at 7.30pm.

It lasts 2 to 2.5 hours including a break, you should be out of the venue by 10pm.
    Enjoy!

A few mates went to the Cardiff show last night and said it was excellent. Can't wait till April 14th now :D

If there's still tickets left for any of the dates near you, sounds like it's well worth getting them!

    Absolutely brilliant!

    Laughed from start to finish.

Something that came across, was how much they seemed to be enjoying it too.

I'd happily go and watch it again tonight :)
