My friends - Quality people to have around

My family - not bad as families go

My youthfully outlook on life - Not bad for a near 40 year old.

Henderson's Relish - Nectar of the gods.

Curry - Good for the soul

Meeting nice people - Always a pleasure

Ska music - Music of the gods

Fine looking &/or thinking women - Always a pleasure to take out or to taken out by

Turntables - The instrument of the gods.

Hip Hop - Old school & early new school stuff in particular

Dancing - You can't beat throwing your hands in the air & having a good boogie

My Car - It's got a wheel in every corner & I like owning it

My life in general - More ups than down

Soul funk & RnB - Cornerstone of so much modern music and enjoyable to listen to & collect

City of Sheffield - A fine place to live.

Just a few things that makes me happy.

Wonder if this'll get as many posts as the pet hate thread?

    In no particular order...

My Dad - Worked his ass off to give us better than he had. Doesn't complain, just gets on with it.

My Mum - Full of energy and always supportive.

My Brothers - My best mates. Both completely their own people. Genuine anf fun.

My Dog - Full of character and seems to know when I'm low.

Mates - MOved about a lot as a kid, so never really anywhere for MOre than a few years. Known my mates here for best part of 10 years though. Great company, genuine people, and all the things that mates should be :)

Music - The MOre music I discover, the MOre it shows me how much there is out there! So many people are involved with music on various levels. We'll only ever here a tiny aMOunt of what's out there, but I'm lucky to have heard some great stuff.

My brothers music - I'm obviously biased, but when I hear him play and sing it's spine tingling. Nothing makes me prouder than when he plays and I see the reactions on peoples faces. Not everyone's taste, but....

Fitba!!! - It may "only" be a bunch of men kicking a ball about, and it's hard to explain why it can cause so much eMOtion, but those of you who are passionate about a team, know the joy it can bring.

Photography - I spend far too little time with my camera, and am nowhere near the level I'd like to be (the two are obviously related), but it still amazes me what some people can do.

The world - Nature is amazing. So many weird and wonderful animals, landscapes and such. Every now and then I'll see something, it might be on tv, might be just walking my dog local, watching my other pets (frogs, ducks, fish), or when I'm away somewhere, and it'll just remind me how mad this whole thing is..... just a shame us humans seem intent on destroying it all.

    Curry - Yum!
