Bit of advice on fuses needed if anyone can help.

Blew a power amp fuse reconnecting it to the mains last night. Its a 4A 250V according to the markings on the end.

Been down to Maplins with the old fuse and they've supplied and insited its correct a fuse that says 4A 150V on the end.

    What do you think?

It's the current-rating that matters - fuse voltage rating is basically set by its length, so if the new fuse fits the holder correctly (and physically resembles the old one) it basically has to be right.

Rmemeber the voltage rating only matters when the fuse fails (ie so it can hold-off the mains) - in use there is esentially zero volts across it.
