The Ting Tings

Is it just me or does that new single ('shut up and let me go'?) make them sound like a carbon copy of CSS?

 

I thought it was CSS... so, erm yes.

Has anyone heard the album? Considered buying it, but thought I'd wait and here a bit more of their stuff first.

 

I was going to buy it but think I'll not bother for a while, should be on discount soon I think.

Might be a bit like the Gossip and Howling bells albums which (for me) had one good song and a fair bit of filler.

 

I bought this a few weeks ago...best tracks for me were Great DJ and Be the one although in my opinion there's a few weak tracks in there. Definitely worth a listen though.

 

I remember posting about the Ting Tings over 6 months ago after seeing them on Jools Holland. I really like what they are doing and it was obvious they had some potential hits (which has happended!!)
