Thea Gilmore - Harpo's Ghost

    Just got this one today... still have to give it some more listening.

    It's more in the vein of Avalanche than The Lipstick Conspiracies. Avalanche took a while to grow on me, and I suspect that the same will be true of Harpo's Ghost.

    One stand-out track, though, is "The List". It just has to be heard (on a FULL range system).

    I'm quite fond of Thea music and play it often. I keep coming back to her album Loft Music especially her version of Bad Moon Arising. My favourite album of her own songs is "Songs From The Gutter" All her music is interesting and well worth a quiet night in with.
