Apparently the fastest is around 2 seconds worldwide. 8.3 secs so far (but only had a few goes).

It becomes worse if someone sets you up in a league. You 'just have to have one more go' to make sure you're at the top of the league!

    6.9secs now though :)

15s first attempt, now down to 10s and can't see myself getting doing much better than 7 or 8s. I reckon whoever got 2s wrote a bit of software to do it.

One obvious tip is to watch the mouse cursor, not the balls. It's the mouse cursor that has to stay "on the track" - if it does, the balls will follow :)

Obviously one way to "cheat" at this would be to have a pen input device (like Gary mentioned) and then trace the outline of the track onto the pen 'drawing' surface. If you were really determined you could probably make guard rails out of wire that would prevent you from going off course at all. Even with all that though I don't see anyone doing it in 2s.

    Michael.

That would work too...but there's still no way it can be done in 2s. Just try following the outline of the track with your finger and see how long it takes you...
