    What if his brain just starts sweating involuntarily because of the pressure, and starts firing off these p300 waves all over the courtroom?

    Not doubt this technology will soon be applied to random shoppers in Walmart to scan their minds for possible terrorist inclinations.

    The idea is rather interesting. But so was the polygraph's. Well, not quite; the polygraph was always considered a very indirect method.

    If used correctly and properly assessed, this might be a revolution in crime investigation.
