86876.jpg The walls of my new listening room will not be sturdy enough to support my Target wall shelf for my Ace space deck. What is the best floor standing alternative (cost also to be considered). It will be a second floor solid wooden floor.
Also, any thought on the acoustics of this room and any treatments needed?

    Thanks, Stuart

Assuming the picture is of your attic conversion ? I would assume that timber stud and plasterboard was used.If so I had /have the same and used my Notts spacedeck on what was the hifi news wall mounted supprt which I think was target based anyway. With the correct fixings you should be able to do it. Locate the studs and use these as a starting point or place a board on the wall first to spread the load.
