From my experience, youngsters now go on their parents Insurance policies,or just don't bloody bother,If they have an accident what do they get ,slapped wrist and a few hours community service, a driving licence is a privilage not a right

I will agree 20mph near schools and if you get caught speeding

3 month ban simple..........

clearly visable insurance disc in the window ......no disc = ban
