If you raise the price of driving you will simply get less drivers, not more sensible ones.

If you want to make people drive more carefully you need to punish them for not doing so. I mean seriously punishing them.

A few days ago I saw a chav screech round the corner of a one way street and speed up it the wrong way. When he got funny looks from people he just had a look on his face like 'what do I care?!'. I think he should be put in prison for a few years, especially since it was very near a primary school.

Even better, give them a good beating! I want to see that thing where you clamp people in the middle of town and then the public can kick them up the arse and throw tomatoes at them lol!
