You'll all hate my for this, but what the hey... 

Whilst the poor kid was innocent, you could claim it's Darwinism by proxy; if the mother was too stupid to not take due care and attention whilst pushing the pram, perhaps this was Guya telling her she shouldn't breed...  That said, the sheer number of pram wielders who don't even look where they're pushing the things is shocking; you'd have thought someone would take more care of their little precious.

No excuse whatsoever for the Capri driver though (hope it wasn't a Mk1 though).  That's pure dangerous driving - not big or clever.

As for driving while drunk - all in favour of a lifetime ban for a first offence.  Zero alcohol policy seems a good idea too, as does windscreen insurance disc.  ANY car caught without paperwork gets crushed - end of story.

Damn right a driving licence is a privelige, not a right.  Anyone with normal eyesight who abuses that privelige doesn't deserve to drive.
