Current system CA Azur 340C cd player, Ca Azur 550A amp, Diamond 9.1 speakers. What is best upgrade I could make for around £300. Considering cambridge DAC magic!
    Ant advice appreciated. Thanks

Good CD player and amp, save more and upgrade the speakers.

Have you considered acoustic treatments for your room?

get the diamond 10.3 floorstanders, you can't really upgrade your cd for £300, it'll be more of a sideways move than an upgrade :)

I would spend the money on a pair of older higher quality used speakers. I bought a pair of these for £250 a couple of years ago and I haven't heard anything better that I can afford. I don't doubt the diamond floorstanders are good value if buying new but at the end of the day they are just another pair of good budget speakers. I'm sure for £300 you could do a lot better (than diamonds).
