When considering buying used hifi, does it make a difference how old it is ?
Also, does how many owners make a difference ? For example, is it better to buy third hand, or fourth hand ?

yes......oh you want to know why ?

just considering age ...most components within a bit of kit have a finite life ie number of operations or a for caps 150000hrs

if you consider number of users then there must be a greater chance of one being owned by mr bean or mr clumsy
