Valve buffer stage

    Not really useing this much of late being part of a secondary system therefore surplus to the plan atm .

    Valve buffer stage utilising a pair of 6V6G valves (can also run 6L6G), UK mains and sporting on board toroidal psu .

    Can sit either side of a pre , or as I have been running it ~
    Sony CDP with volume control > Valve Buffer > Main Valve Amp > Speakers

    An interesting method of introducing something of Valve tonalities into an otherwise all SS or part SS system or bringing something different to a digital source , A hardcore Vinyl friend who is also running one of these states its the only way he can stand to listen to CD .


    Retail was £150 + shipping a while back , I am looking for £75 + PP (buffer only) I have a decent pair of Westinghouse 6V6G available if required + £18
