VTL Power amps?

    Bristol - armpit of the west.
    Any one heard these?
    I may try out a ST-85, 85watt, 2 EL34 per channel.
    Not sure yet, and it would be a try out.
    Thought i would ask and see if anyone has experience of these.

    VTL is David Manley, of Manley fame, he ran off, left Manley to his ex-wife, along with 1/3 of his future earnings, lump sum, 12k per year for each kid, 3 houses, and the 4x4 :D and formed VTL.
    No idea how they sound. Typcial American gear tho.
