What do you think to the Mission M50 Speakers?

Thinking of buying a pair.. 99.99 from hifibitz.co.uk

better than the JBL?

Im into many types of music, but do enjoy a good hard rocking. i also would use them for recording in my studio as monitors.

whatdya think?

Alesis Monitor One or Tannoy Reveal either of which would be better for monitoring than the Missions.

 

would they be as good for listening to music normally though as well as monitoring?
I wont be doing as much monitoring as music listening.

 

I've always been a little puzzeled by this ......why do you need different speakers for a studio. Just accurate one should be able to do both jobs ? IMO if they can't you should be looking at different models. Mission have just folded...I think, so other issue then come in about post sale service. Maybe others can tell us more about the Missonary position [pun]?
