But then, I never, ever listen to what they say, only to my ears, and they tell me that black pizzas and silver coasters (and I have adequate supplies of both) sound the same. So :p to them - if they want to hear black pizza as better, I have no problems, just as long as they don't expect me to agree.

No problems here either, to each his own, I'm just too lazy to handle the things, and they dont sound that much better anyway, just different, some times... :MILD:

Wow, that's quite a rave review. The company won't need to write any marketing spiel - he's done it for them :D

Provided you trust reviewers, Chris, and I personally trust them approximately as far as I can throw the "Queen Mary" (either).

A mate auditioned it but ended up with Resolution Audio Opus 21, which apparently totally dumped on it at a third of the price. He still vastly prefers his Orb/Sme/Dynavector though;)

 I've long since taken reviews with a large pinch of salt. Glowing reviews were given to all of the following which failed to satisfy:

    NAD C370 (dull and uninvolving)
    ATC SCM12 (slow)
ProAc Response 1SC (yes I remember how good Robbo's sounded but they didn't work with my system - too much treble)
Mission 780SE (great sound - poor quality control)
    TAG DAC20 (dull and lifeless)

Then again, all of my current kit got rave reviews :D

    Chris,

Everything gets a rave review, even Bose Lifestyle systems and Naim Pre/powers.

    Go Figure as they say:confused:

Well I have a couple of those Harmonix Studio master power leads, well if the cdp's as good as the leads, then I suspect a huge outbreak in sales for the dac 20:rolleyes:

I can see the similarity. That huge square power switch does it no favours. Surely they could have managed something more discrete.
