I believe that William Shakespeare had the right idea in his play Julius Caesar with the line "Cry havoc, and let slip the dogs of war!"
I feel that the press are reporting more cases of people being savaged by various types of attack dogs owned and operated by those who wish to intimidate others without using a gun or a knife. Rather hard to have the police question a dog, so does the owner get a free pass on an attack? If the dog is put down do they just get another one to train?
