I've not done too much shopping around, but as far as i'm aware, these are indeed dirt cheap prices!

Says they're all unboxed and no manuals and cannot be registered online. But they provide some support themselves.

    Free international shipping too!

Very little contact info, just an email address.

What do you think? Legal? Scam?

...and with a website design so shit you can't even click on, say, Fireworks, to find out how much it is, I'd not even give them a cent (since it's all in $$$$, which means their packages aren't even in proper ENGLISH English)....

Not necessarily a scam - these are OEM versions, hence no manuals or boxes. Manufacturers don't like this sort of thing (for obvious reasons) but I don't know if it's actually illegal. OEM versions are usually licensed on a not for resale basis, but I have no idea if such a limitation is legally enforceable or not.

It's almost certainly a scam. There was a big debate about this one the dpreview.com forums a while back when some scammer was selling "OEM" copies of Photoshop 7.0 for $25.

Remember, if it's too good to be true, it usually is ;)

OEM is generally fine to sell on if it's bundled with hardware. That's the intention of OEM software, after all. Though you can register OEM software and you get a license (being what you are paying for, not the CD)... I got my copy of XP pro like this, from a 'reputable' online retailer.

A lot of OEM versions are not much cheaper than the retail versions anyway. Well nothing like as much as that site is making out. I got somthing very similar in my junk account the other day it was a different site but worded the same etc, its probably the same company.
