I've never really heard any of his music before, but I've just finished a few days of listening to Jesse Cook's "Vertigo".

This is one of the most beguiling works of art I have ever heard. An absolutely incredibly recorded mix of spanish(?) guitar, arabian melodies, and crisp drums. And space. And vibrant emotion. Some humor. A lot of superb guitar playing. And music.

The third track Cancion Triste throws a cello into the mix, and wow does it throw. You feel that thing rolling around your head straight through your eardrums.

This is what my sistem is for.

PS: There are one or two duffers on the album, but the others so overpower these it's hardly even worth the PS :)

Nope, not D&D. My avatar is from a comic I read during a phase of my misbegotten youth -- 2000AD (aka Judge Dredd). My avatar is one of the characters from before 2000AD renamed to Judge Dredd and went downhill.

His name is Slaine. Slaine the Barbarian. And about the only similarity betwix he and I is that his hair looks like mine does in the morning.
