Whats wrong with Naim ?????

    Quick question!

    There appears to be a number of people on this and various other Hi-fi forums, which seem to have an issue with Naim.

    I have a Naim CD player and would consider their amps, but their speakers are just rubbish IMHO, so I would not be at all interested.

    I don't understand the thing, where people don't seem to like the company.

    They make good quality equipment and their customer service is unbelievably good compared to many other companies in the Hi-fi industry.

    I don't think the general problem is with NAIM but more the evangelical ways in which many people preach about them.

    It is afterall just hi-fi.

    Yeah, there are Naim zealots alright, and Mana ones too...

    Whatever floats your boat is fine by me, even though I'm a Naim user. Their speakers totally reek though - the SBLs can be OK sometimes, but the SL2 - do me a favour!
