which printer/scanner

    Can anyone help me choose a new colour printer/scanner.

    I have no idea how much they go for, just want something reliable, and that doesnt go through loads of expensive toners/cartridges.

    Thanks for any help.

    I've been using an HP Officejet 6110 for 3 years and am happy with it. I think HP have a good record regarding reliability so they might be a good place to start. Only issues are their software isn't great and my printer seems to be quite noisy.

    I am sure there a newer version out now though.

    EDIT: mine has a fax but you don't seem to need that though.
