I've been playing a few of their songs on the internet, and am mightily impressed.

Led Zepplin in parts, Black Sabbath in others, singer reminds me of janes addiction/robert plant..

Anyone gone out and bought the album?

visit their site to hear some of their tunes play.

The track that plays on their website sounds very much like Trouble to me, which is no bad thing - any idea on a source for the vinyl version that doesn't cost £18.00?

Not bad, but nothing to make than stand out from many other pub bands.

Saying that, that's just going on the one tune on the site. And tbh, not really my thing anyhoo

Haven't seen any goomer, just ole' Amazon.

I've heard about 3 tracks at 'Pandora' , in case people want a broader listen..

Only not bought yet because I've got so much 'rock' already, and I'm trying to get into more interesting stuff.

Got a couple of tracks off itunes, Dimension is Ok, definitely some Sabbath influence, White Unicorn it bit more interesting. Not too sure if I'd go any further with em though.

I bought it from Virgin for £7.99 t'other day.
Decent, if highly derivative (or should I say plenty of "borrowed" bits), rock album...

I hope its a grower - Ive heard the CD a couple of times and its a bit retro prog rock - if its possible to have such a thing:)

I'll give it 2 or 3 more listens before I make my mind up.

Leonard hit the nail on the head with "derivative", but enjoyable all the same.

I heard it playing in HMW whilst browsing; it struck a lot of chords from my youth, in places reminding me of (Ozzie era) Sabbath, AD/DC, Rush and Led Zeppelin. Needless to say, I bought it.

Pretty good album, as others have said, very derivative, but that's not always a bad thing. Have heard it a couple of times, not sure it's something I'd listen to very much hence I haven't bought it yet. Maybe when it crops up in a sale somewhere for a fiver.

Hugely disappointing, what with all the NME & internet hype. Desperately over-rated, derivative tripe if you ask me....

It`s an ok listen, but i think they`ve tried to do what Mutt lange did with Def leppard, Mutt openly admits to try and squeeze in as much of what people can relate to and subsequently want to hear from most of the genre`s successful bands, it`s not a bad thing and using your heroes to influence your direction is fine and nothing is `new` but i think your music should be `your music` not an out and rip off of what`s gone before, and i reckon they`re just trying a bit too hard to get the `classic rock sound`. I may be wrong (but i won`t admit it!:) )
