yes france lost, but as much as i dislike to say and no, watch out for germany and argentina, england could and i hope will get their rhythem, still hope for england & spain final.

Groan, I didn't expect a 3-0, but quietly wished for a win. No trickery from the team we have come to accept, but no spirit is a killer. Hearing Rooney wingeing because us supporters thought our players were abject is hard to take - they so clearly had the passion that he lacked. Still fair play to Algeria, a good performance from them. And a big heads up to Serbia

 

What did Rooney say? I missed it.

 

He said it was 'nice to hear our supporters booing us off the pitch'.
