I wonder, if England could match the work rate of Chile or Japan or South Korea, how much better would their game be...? Those three sides have been so entertaining to watch. I love their enthusiasm . The european teams sometimes just look like 'professional' players (which is what they are of course), out there to do a job and bottling in all the pasion.

A poor England performance. David James had a very good game, kept the score down. The defence was the worst I have seen in England shirts. There was a lack of wirld class ability, scrub that, there was a general lack of ability.

A number of English players have done very little throughout this world cup. I don't think you can blame it all on Capello. I do think some of the players are not playing for the manager. Some of them just can't do it at this level. It also looks like they have little sprit & can't play together.
