Anyone help with who won the Worlds strongest man which was on Ch5 last night. My Sky+ box went and erased everything I'd recorded and hadn't yet watched. A right royal pain in the @rse when it does that.

    Thanks in advance.

nope - its the skinny guys with big heads that look funny:)

MetRx must be laughing, Pudzanowski is one of their biggest sponsership athletes. Its a good promo for their products (cos he looks ripped as well as being the strongest man in the world).

He looks older than 28 i think.

I don't know how it works now, but when Kaz competed, they made a ruling that if you win 3 years in a row, you cant compete again [because it looked liked Kaz would just keep winning]. Maybe they miss a year if they win 2 in a row?

Their stuff is full of additives and undesirable stuff. Just on the subject I get stuff from http://myprotein.co.uk It's great to be able to get the stuff you want minus the stuff you dont want or need and it's cheaper too.

maybe there should be an alternative Olympics with no restrictions on what the competitors can do to themselves (unlimited drugs, prosthetics, genetic engineering....) to see just how far the boundaries can be pushed :)
