    Help I face divorce, eviction perhaps even an ASBO
    I need a headphone amp URGENTLY - <£120 - post christmas credit card squeeze :confused:

    Would a rega ear be any use in black - could do it for £100 delivered using royal mail special delivery?

    A bit pricey ............ do you have any details. age condition etc, not too keen on black but ........ I'm mulling it over ... X Cans or Creek are what I was thinking about .... I'll have a think..

    The Rega is better than the others you mention, by the way. I've had the MF, and I've never really heard particularly great things about the Creek.

    For £120 or less, get yourself on headfi and post a wanted ad.... if you could get a Headsave Classic or something like that, you would be very happy.

    Condition is mint and it is in the original packaging etc. Its about 20 months old but you cant tell as its hardly been used.

    FWIW I had the xcans v2 and V3 and I settled on the Ear as it sounded more lively to my ears (I actually chatted to PBirkett and his advice was spot on).

    As for price, I know these go for around £115 - 120 plus P&P on ebay so i thought the price was fair - I could send it recorded delivery for £95.
