wtd - DAC

    as subject, I'm after a decent (and more than likely, 2nd hand) DAC for around 300 quid...

    even if you don't have one yourself, maybe you can point me to somewhere where i can get one..??

    a cheap MF a3.24 would be nice!

    It has both opitial and co-axial inputs and two pho outputs, my unit is in very good condition (no missing lettering off the front). It uses a BitStream chipset and will lock to signals from 32kHz to 48kHz. It gives out quite an analogue sound, quite smooth. I have used it on the end of Meridian 200 Transport and latterly on the backend of a Squeezebox (to great effect) but recently splashed out on a Meridian 568.2 so it is surplus to my requirements.
