    true coversation today with a courier, i dial number, talk to a computer , pressed 1, wait, waait waaaited, eventually, elo, hi hello, i said i wish to have a parcel collected and delivered next day, yes no problem, bla,bla,bla,details taken , question from him, where it is going to, "broken english" it is going to this address in ware, reply, where? yes ware, where is where in ware, reply: LOOK SIR YOUR NOT BEING BLOODY HELPFULL, i said that this parcel has to be delivered to ware, reply: you have not told me where and he put the phone down on me, scracth, scratch my head has no hair now,
