How much funding does the advert banner bring?

 

It's hard to predict, as the revenue is based on the number of clicks, and the rate differs with each advert displayed.

Roughly, we should only need 10 or so clicks a day to cover the hosting, but obviously Google are on the lookout for fraudulent clicks.

Depending on how much revenue they bring in, it may only be necessary to display the ads to unregistered users, or only part of the time - at the moment it's hard to say.

 

I hadn't even noticed there was an ads banner.
Perhaps we can get a bigger one with more ads. It certainly isn't intrusive at the moment.
