Acoustic

I have :) Basic QRDs are easy provided you can work a saw, they work well enough. The hardest part is hanging the things

i was thinking more of the waveforms...

hanging them is easy, cant give away all the trade secrets though.... :D

I got the Metro diffusers.

Why? - Because they were cheap and thin enough to go on my back wall without being very imposing.

What uni did you go to Anex? I thought about doing acoustics at uni but it seemed a bit mathematical for my liking really. Plus I have had enough of the bloody education system!

Haha no sorry, I meant why, as in asking the question and then answering it. Perhaps I should have punctuated the sentence a bit better.

Oh yeah, some of them are beutifully made, Trevor Cox has some mini ones to pass around, the 'S' shaped ones are lovely.
I mean the weight of them, a big MDF QRD section weighs a tonne! Sort of.

Tenson: Salford, its the place to go. But yes, its mathsey but fortunately most engineering/acoustics maths is based around the same few things so if you can grasp that the rest isn't so bad. I've never liked maths though and still struggle with alot of it if I have nothing to relate it to in the physical world. I tried to get them to teach physics instead of pure in the first year but it would have been too much of a change. The lecturers are some of the best in their fields though, James Angus really is a genius. Mad as a hatter mind :)

Whats yonolit?

yonolit is a white and light material that all companys use them for packaging their products.
