    Thanks anyway, but that forum seems entirely dedicated to reviewing items.

    He he yea but I just want advice on screen set up etc, not purchasing a 3 grand DVD player for the 7 DVDs I own!

    avtalk is smaller and more ZG-like in atmosphere; avforum is much larger scale and 'industrial'. I learnt lots on avforum when I started out (first questions were about wide-screen tellies) but have enjoyed avtalk more.
