I'm just following the trodden path using template letters. If they offered all charges refunded, minus a fair sum (eg. £8 pounds or so per charge) I'd be happy. However a sum offered as a gesture of goodwill isn't acceptable to me, I want them to concede they have acted unfairly; which they have.
