For Bookmarks you need to go to Bookmarks > Manage Bookmarks > File > Export...

That outputs a file which you can import after a reinstall etc.

For a complete cloning you may need to look into the C:\Documents and Settings\XXXXX\Application Data\Mozilla folder (where XXXXX is the XP user name) and copy this from one account to another. This should give you bookmarks, extentions, passwords and everything else you require. You might have to fiddle with the XP side of things so as to get the access sorted so you can sthen see the source folder from the target account.

I've just gone to 1.5, which seems a good improvement in stability over 1.04

Might be worth ordering from your local library.

I usually just copy bookmarks.html and cookies.txt from the profiles directory -- it's easier to re-install extensions and themes manually imho.
