I have an AMC in good nick, although one of the wires from the transformer overheated (common problem so I gather) causing the connector pin to fall out of the pcb. However, I've bypassed the track it was attached to and connected it straight to the fuse holder, which seems to work fine. I ran it for a while this week, but it just doesn't work in my humble system ie, Kef Q4 and Audiolab 8000a- I think I've got too used to that "clinical" sound! I'm looking for £150 ( the last version of this was a Grand!) or trade for a DAC maybe? Cheers all Mr Neds
