    New pics and info added.

NHT VT-2 speakers finished in a beautiful deep gloss black laminate, excellent condition and order.

NHT are "Now Hear This" an American company that was founded in December 1986

(See link below to website for more info)

They sound (to my ears) superb, the sense of scale and dynamics and shear clout from these makes me smile every time I park my cakehole in front of them.

Effortless and controlled with music, they'll sing away all day at volume levels that would have most speakers sagging, easy load too, you don't need a huge amp to drive em.

And if you want to use them for home cinema, no sub required !!! loads of tight deep bass on tap.

There is a date of manufacture on the terminal plate under the serial number that states they came into being on the 8th of July 1996

Am unsure of how much they were when new but believe it to be in the £1500 - £2000 bracket, dont quote me on this because as I say Im unsure.

Don't have the boxes for these and they come in at 75 lbs each so would have to be collection only from the Durham area.

Will take £350 for quick sale.

    Some blurb:

The three-way VT-2 Audio/Video tower is a deceptively large speaker. Within the 8" wide cabinet are two separate chambers. The upper-range driver array is housed in a sealed enclosure, while the balance of the cabinet volume is devoted to the 10", high excursion, side-loaded woofer. The VT-2 is a full range system with bass response down to a room-shaking 25Hz.

    System Type: 3-way, vented

Drivers: 10" long throw, side loaded subwoofer (biampfliable), two 5.25"
midranges, 1" fluid cooled dome tweeter (upper drivers shielded)

    Frequency Response: 25Hz ? 21KHz +/-3dB

    Sensitivity: 88dB @ 2.83 V/M

    Impedance: 6 ohms nominal

    Recommended Amp. Power: 50-250 watts/channel

Input Connectors: 2 pairs gold-plated, 5-way binding posts

    Dimensions: 48"H x 7.82"W x 18"D

    Weight: 75 lbs. Each

    Finish: High gloss black laminate
